Our 8:30 AM flight yesterday morning was delayed by almost an hour but we arrived in Chicago in plenty of time to catch the 5:30 PM flight to Dublin. We arrived in Dublin at 7:30 AM this morning and neither of us was able to get more than a few minutes of sleep. Customs inspections were nearly nonexistent and we caught a bus to the Dublin Hueston Train Station (12 Euros). We had to wait until 1:30 PM for the three hour train ride to Galway. We napped for about an hour before heading out for dinner. We were here several years ago with the Scranton Hollands and much of the town was somewhat familiar. Tomorrow at noon we start "The Best of Western Ireland" adventure.
