My digestive problems got worse yesterday and very little sleep last night so I decided to pass on the hike, not eat and get some rest.
Peg, Leann and Brian left in a driving rain with with gusts that had to be approaching 50 mph. After an hour drive they got out of the car in rain, cold and wind that only allowed for a 200 yard hike. Oh well!
On the way back they did stop at another Holy Well, St. Catherine's Well. It was in the middle of an industrial park and very well maintained.
Tomorrow morning we head back to Galway and take a train back to Dublin where we will be staying at a hotel near the airport. We depart for Edinburgh at 7:00 AM Sunday morning.
